Need More Balance In Your Life? Use This “Trifecta”

Today I want to share another way I have found to bring more peace and balance into my life.

Even in the midst of the craziness that comes with managing a health and supplements company…

So what am I going to share with you?

It’s what I call the “ Zen Balance Trifecta”….

Actually, I’m not sure what it’s called. Because I didn’t invent it. I’m not sure who did.

You see, a few years ago a close friend shared it with me when I was experiencing new levels of mental and emotional burnout… the type you get when you’re up all night working on your business….

He said “Go do something physical…And get out of your own head!”

He explained that when you feel mentally drained…. do something physical…

Like exercising or even just walking…

And when you feel physically drained go the other direction … and do something mental…

But when you feel both physically and mentally drained…. You should do something Spiritual.

Something “spiritual” could be:

  • Connecting with nature (like going on a nature walk in a park)
  • Helping a friend or family member in need
  • Doing a random act of kindness for a stranger

Now I’ve been practicing what he told me for about 3 years now. And I attribute many of my best ideas to those moments when I was doing something 100% physical (and not mental).

And I attribute a lot of my happiness to those moments when I’ve done something Spiritual (usually something for other people)…

I don’t plan on dropping this practice because I find it to be an easy way to gauge how balanced my life is and inject more balance if it needs it.

Maybe it can do the same for you.

Ask yourself this

“What areas of my life could use some more balance?”

I encourage you to ask yourself that and look at how you can apply this “Balance Trifecta” to restore more peace and happiness to your life.

(I’m confident if you apply this to your life immediately , you can get results today)

… And then let me know how it goes… I love hearing from you 🙂

“To More Zen In You Life!”

P.S. I just want to say thank you for all of the feedback that many of you have given me.

I’ve read dozens of emails since you’ll all have written in letting me know what it is that you are struggling with OR what it is that you want to learn more about to live a healthier life.

Thank you.

Now if you haven’t yet written me, please do so. Let me know what you’re struggling with or what you’d areas in health and happiness you’d like to learn more about.
